Cancellation and Refund Policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be received in writing (receipted email, fax, or mail) by the final registration deadline date, usually six weeks prior to the examination date. Each candidate may also postpone the examination once up to ten (10) business days prior to the examination date. Requests for postponement must also be received in writing (receipted email, fax, or mail). In addition to the above, IFTA will make the best effort to accommodate candidates who are forced to cancel or postpone late because of serious medical issues or other emergencies. Non-refundable charges may be incurred.
